Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items to return or exchange kanyap's items by e-mail.
If you feel that the shoes do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. You can request a return. Note: If you do not meet the threshold for free shipping and are charged shipping, this fee is non-refundable because the shipping fee was used to deliver the package.
We will reissue the original order unconditionally in the following cases: The customer provided clear proof of loss; The post office showed proper delivery, and the customer contacted the local post office several times with no results. There was delivery time and waybill number, but no logistic information.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Order Changes/Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 2 days before shipment. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Order processing typically takes 1-2 days.
If the customer initiates a cancellation request before the shipment date, and within the cancellation period specified on the website, the order can be cancelled.
Order change / Order cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
How to return?
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving all packages or contact us by email at kanyapshop@kanyap.com and our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in original unworn condition. Our customer service center will process your refund once the returned order is delivered.
Pack your shoes securely and leave a note with your name, email, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return so that kanyap can inspect the product.
kanyap will be very sorry if your shoes is lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.
Note: We do not cover the cost of returns.

Q1: What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
A1: Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.
Q2: Where will the refund be issued?
A2: Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
